Ms. Muralidharan for the respondents states that though the petition was initially rejected under Original Side Rules, 986 on 7th April 2003, the status shows that the petition was restored on 3rd July 2003. Ms. Muralidharan states that the petitioner-Arvind Harilal Shah, expired on 9th August 2014 and tenders photocopy of the Death Certificate issued on 16th August 2014 which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
