The relief prayed for in the petition would be covered under the order passed by the Apex Court on 22nd July 2022 in SLP © No.32709-32710 of 2018 and other matters, by which the Apex Court has directed the GST network to open common portal to file / rectify TRAN-1 and TRAN-2 for a period of two months w.e.f., 1st September 2022 to 31st October 2022 to enable the different parties to avail transitional credit. Therefore, petition accordingly disposed.
