Further to the order dated 24th February 2022, registry has received a report dated 3rd March 2022 from the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai. From the said report, it appears that petitioner's Securitization Application being No.916 of 2019 is at Sr. No.183 of the total Securitization Applications pending before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, as on 2nd March 2022. We are not satisfied that petitioner should be allowed to jump the queue because there are 182 similarly placed parties like petitioner. At the same time, we would expect the court to consider and dispose petitioner's Securitization Application as early as possible. Petition disposed.
