Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
The limited grievance made in this Petition is that even though statutory Appeal has been filed by the Petitioner, which is still pending before the Appellate Authority, no interim order has been passed by the Appellate Authority, and protection available to the Petitioner given by the first Authority will expire on 19 February 2015.
The learned AGP states across the bar that the Appeal will be decided within eight weeks from today by the Appellate Authority. That assurance is accepted. Till the Appeal is decided, the protection accorded to the Petitioner by the first Authority shall continue. That protection will continue for 1/2
k 2/2 34 wpl 295.15 os.doc a further period of two weeks from the date of the proposed order to be passed by the Appellate Authority, is served on the Petitioner to enable the Petitioner to take up the matter before appropriate forum, if the decision of the Appellate Authority is adverse to the Petitioner. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
