DATED :- FEBRUARY 25, 2016 P.C. :- After having heard both sides and finding that we have sufficiently protected the Petitioner and from the apprehension expressed of dispossession, by our order dated 4th February, 2016 and the Petitioner having an alternate equally efficacious remedy of moving the DRT which the Petitioner has already availed of, the Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the rival contentions. 2) The Petitioner as also Respondent No.3/Corporation Bank shall appear before the said Tribunal on 3rd March 2016 so that the Tribunal can fix the schedule for disposal of the J.V.Salunke,PA

To enable the Petitioner to apply for any relief and equally the Tribunal to dispose of the pending application, we continue the ad-interim protection of 4th February, 2016 in this Petition for a period of four weeks from today. We clarify that the grant and continuation of the interim protection is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all parties.
