Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 has no objection. He also adds that respondents 1 to 3 are the concerned respondents. Nobody appears for respondents 1 to 3. In this situation, we presently direct Registry to send back the R & P summoned as per order dated 29th January 2018 to trial Court within three weeks.
