By filing of this Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for the following relief :

16(a). Writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the letter/representation of the Petitioner dated 5th September, 2012 (Exhibit A) in accordance with law expeditiously." 2.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner's letter/representation dated 5th September, 2012 (Exhibit A) will be considered and decided in accordance with law, if not already decided.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition Vishal Parekar 1/2

24-wp-361-2017.doc by directing the Respondent-Collector to take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's letter/representation (Exhibit A) dated 5th September, 2012 if the same is not already been decided, as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
