This Petition is filed by the Association of stall holders. Admittedly individual notices have been issued to large number of stall holders alleging that they have committed breach of the conditions in the licences granted under the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. The facts of each case will be different. In each case, on facts, the Court will have to examine whether breaches have been committed. Hence, this Petition at the instance of the Association cannot be entertained. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Those who are aggrieved by the notices served to them are free to challenge the same in accordance with law.
