This Chamber Summons is taken out by the Plaintiffs in Suit No.81 of 2009. The Plaintiffs in the present suit are Defendants in the companion Suit, namely, Suit No.533 of 2006. By an order passed by this Court today in Chamber Summons No.132 of 2014 in Suit No.533 of 2006, the present Plaintiffs, who are Defendants in that suit, have been allowed to amend their written statement in Suit No.533 of 2006. Suit No.533 of 2006 is a cross suit filed in respect of the same property and the subject matter of the suit covers the subject matter of the present suit. 2.

For the reasons indicated in the order passed on Chamber Summons No.132 of 2006, the present Chamber Summons is allowed. All contentions of the parties on merits of the Plaintiffs, are kept open. The Pg 1 of 2

chs131-14.doc amendment shall be carried out by the Plaintiffs within a period of two weeks from today. Both parties to file their respective compilations of documents together with their affidavits of documents. 3.

In view of the amendment allowed today, additional issues may have to be framed, so also additional documents/evidence may have to be filed. The parties may consider their respective positions by the next date. 4.

Place this suit for framing of additional issues and for marking of documents on 5 February 2015.
