Learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 states that the entire ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Petition stems from a small misunderstanding. The 2nd Respondent is now (and always has been) ready and able to issue the necessary ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Date: 2022.03.03 17:41:27 +0530 insurance policies to the Petitioner, of course against payment of the necessary premium. Mr Mishra will pay the premium within one week. The policy will be issued both in hard and soft copy within a period of two weeks thereafter.
