The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that after filing of this Public Interest Litigation, there are many subsequent events and, therefore, the Petitioners do not desire to prosecute this PIL. In fact, on 19th April 2012, time was granted to the Petitioners by the first Court to take instructions as regards the withdrawal of this PIL. We have perused the orders passed in this PIL. This Court has not even issued a notice to the Respondents in this PIL. Hence, we dispose of this PIL. However, we make it clear that the issues raised in this PIL will remain open.
