After hearing learned counsel, we find that the application under section 24 of C.P.C. should have been filed by the petitioners. As the matter is pending in this court since about one year, we grant oral leave to the petitioners and permit them to convert this into one under section 24 of C.P.C. 2.
Advocate Dahibavkar has already appeared for respondent nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 14. The respondents are at liberty to file reply if any.
