The learned Advocates appearing for the Respondents have submitted that the above Petition is not maintainable against the Respondents and therefore the Petitioner should seek their remedy if any by taking out appropriate proceedings. In view thereof, the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings including filing of a Suit against the Respondents.
