The applicants are seeking various reliefs in the present Notice of Motion.

We find that the reliefs sought by the applicants in this Notice of Motion cannot be granted in the Writ Petition which is filed by the original petitioner. The applicants may intervene in the petition and oppose the prayers, as sought, in the petition filed by the petitioner. However, Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
