In spite of the matter being listed, the petitioners, who approached this Court aggrieved by non-issuance of minority status certificate, are not appearing before this Court. 2.

As per the submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, such approval came to be issued way back on 25/6/2009, a copy which is placed on record and marked "X" for identification. Since the approval is accorded in 2009 itself, the petitioners seem to have lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly the petition is disposed of since it has become infructuous.
