Perused the Report. Though, the order appointing the Court Receiver has been passed by this Court on 25th June, 2014, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has not lodged the order with the Office of the Court Receiver. In view thereof, the Court Receiver has taken out the above Report seeking discharge in the matter. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner admits the mistake in not lodging the order with the office of the Court Receiver and seeks a week's time to lodge the same. In view thereof, the Advocate for the Petitioner is allowed to lodge the order with the office of the Court Receiver within a period of one week from today. The Petitioner shall pay costs of this Report within a period of one week
