Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4-Auction Purchaser, on instructions from the Respondent No.4 who is present in Court, states that the Respondent No.4 shall not take further steps to execute the order dated 4 January 2019 of the Recovery Officer, DRT-I and shall not take possession of the flat in question until the pronouncement of judgment by the DRAT. We accept the statement.
