NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 636 OF 2015 Mr.Kantawala for defendant nos.1 and 2 and Mr.Mangharam for plaintiff/applicant state that in a connected matter, this Court on 24th April 2017 has appointed Mr.Shyam Mehta, senior advocate as Mediator and counsels requested that dispute in this suit also be referred to Mr.Shyam Mehta to mediate.

Mr.Shyam Mehta, senior advocate is appointed as Mediator to resolve the disputes raised in this suit. The fees and administrative expenses of the mediator to be shared equally between defendant no.2 and defendant no.3. The Mediator is requested to complete mediation and submit a report by 30.6.2017.
