Present Application is filed for seeking post grant amendment in respect of grant dated 17.11.2017. Addition to the Schedule of Assets to the grant is at Exh. "B" to the Application. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- (a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant (Orig. Petitioner) to amend the Schedule - I of petition as per the draft schedule of amendment annexed at Exhibit - B, hereto and further direct the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court to issue amended grant of Letters of Administration and if any other consequential amendments."

Prothonotary & Senior Master is directed to accept the original grant and Schedule of Assets for carrying out rectification.
