Heard.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that they received instructions from the petitioner to prefer appropriate application for extension of time to lodge the order for appointment of Court Receiver. She further submits that petitioner is ready and willing to deposit Court Receiver's charges within one week from today.

Considering this fact, the following order is passed:

a) If appropriate steps are not taken by the Petitioner for lodging the order dated 24.06.2015 Sneha Chavan 1/2

14 CRR 27-16=.doc passed by this Court in the office of Court Receiver within two weeks from today, Court Receiver be treated as discharged for non lodgment of order. b) Petitioner to pay cost and other charges in the office of Court Receiver, High Court Bombay within one week from today.

c) If cost is not deposited within stipulated time as stated herein above, Court Receiver is directed to move before this Court for taking further directions.

d) Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of accordingly.
