When this matter is called out, the parties before me have stated that the above testamentary suit has been settled as recorded in the Consent Terms dated 7th September 2020. The original Consent Terms has been forwarded to this Court. The Consent Terms has been duly signed by the plaintiffs and defendants as well as their respective advocates. Over and above the defendants, the other heirs of the deceased have also signed the Consent Terms agreeing to the settlement as recorded therein. The advocates appearing on behalf of the plaintiffs as well defendants have stated that they identify the Nikita Gadgil

9-TS-15-15 in TP-1039-14 signatures of their respective clients and they have explained the Consent Terms and the implications thereof to their respective clients. 2.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 7th September 2020 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. The undertaking given in the Consent Terms, if any, are accepted as undertaking to the Court.

The above suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

Refund of court fees, if any, as per Rules.
