The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) The Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Petitioner may be directed to pay cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver of Rs.8,000/- in the office of Court Receiver within stipulated period of time as may be directed by the Hon'ble Court.

(b) Cost of this report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver within stipulated period of time as may be directed by the Hon'ble Court.

"

The Petitioner through its Advocate undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver including costs, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
