Heard.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.

1 to 5 makes a statement that they have no objection if the Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). He submits that Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 undertakes to pay Court Receiver's charges within three weeks from today. Same is accepted.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Court Receiver's Report is made absolute Sneha Chavan 1/2

17 CRR 79-16=.doc in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:

"a) The Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.75,042/- in the office of the Court Receiver within time stipulated with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

b) That the cost of the incidental to this report be fixed at Rs.3000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks."

b) The Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 is directed to pay Court Receiver's charges in the office of Court Receiver, High Court Bombay with interest @ 6% within three weeks from today.

c) If cost is not deposited within stipulated time as stated herein above, Court Receiver is directed to move before this Court for taking further directions.

d) Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of accordingly.
