This notice of motion is taken out for recalling of the order dated 10th January, 2019, wherein the statement was made that because of low tax effect the appeal was not pressed. However, learned counsel Mr.Walve submits that the statement is not correct and the case is not covered under the principles of low tax effect. We recall the order and the appeal is restored to its file. The notice of motion is made absolute in the above terms.
