Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) On the application of learned counsel for the plaintiff, Suit is allowed to be withdrawn.

(ii) Refund of court fees as per rules.

(iii) All interim applications shall stand disposed. (iv) All interim orders shall stand vacated.
