The papers are produced for seeking clarification that our order passed on 02/03/2016 in the above writ petition stays the final direction by two weeks from 02/03/2016. 2.

Since the copy of the order was uploaded on 08/03/2016, we direct that the period of two weeks shall commence from 08/03/2016. We clarify that this order shall not operate as prohibition of the fresh tender process issued by the State Government.
