The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Respondent is absent. 2.

Disputes arose between the parties under a tender issued to license a land for parking stands over Mumbai Division on Western Railway. This Court appointed a sole Arbitrator by order dated 15th May 2018. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him. 3.

The pleadings are completed. Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 30th June 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
