Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We have perused the impugned order. The order 13.12.2016 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this court is recalled. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, writ petition is restored to the file. The petitioner to remove the office objections within four weeks from today. Chamber summons is disposed off.
