On 18th March, 2015 the matter was called out for directions, when none appeared for the Plaintiffs. The Suit was therefore directed to be placed on 27th March, 2015 for directions. Today, when the Suit is called out again, none appear for the Plaintiffs. It is therefore clear that the Plaintiffs are not interested in pursuing the Suit. The Suit is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
