1] Learned counsels for the petitioner and respondent submit that amicable settlement is arrived at between the parties and accordingly Memorandum of Understanding has been entered into between them. The said Memorandum of Understanding tendered by them is taken on record and marked as Annexure "A" for identification.
2] In view of the Memorandum of Understanding, all above Notices of Motion and Chamber order are allowed and the Writ Petitions are restored to the file.
3] In view of amicable settlement between the parties, Writ Petitions are disposed off.
