A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the Respondent that the petition in the present form is not maintainable since writ cannot be issued against a private person. 2.

We find considerable substance in the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondent. Hence, writ petition is dismissed, reserving the right of the Petitioners to approach before the appropriate Forum in accordance with law. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
