Therefore, the Caveat is allowed to be withdrawn. In view thereof, the suit stands dismissed. The Prothonotary and Senior Master to treat the petition as uncontested and do the needful. TESTAMENTARY PETITION NO.1625 OF 2016 Ms. Das, counsel for the Caveators states that this petition has not been listed for directions yet.

Therefore, this petition be listed for directions on 3rd March, 2017.
