By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to decide his application dated 15th January, 2016 (Exh.A) as expeditiously as possible.

Taking note of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioners entitlement we dispose of the petition by directing the second respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 15th January, 2016 (Exh.A) in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petitioner to submit the copy of the said application dated 15th January, 2016 (Exh.A) along with copy of this order before the respondent No.2.

With the aforesaid direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
