Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is satisfied with the action taken by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation as disclosed in the affidavit of Shri Nilay Baliram Pawar, Senior Inspector (Encroachment) 'C' ward. He, therefore, states that the Petition may be disposed of.
