The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties under an agreement between them. On 26th July 2017, a Sole Arbitrator was appointed by consent of the parties. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him.

After the arbitral mandate ended, it was extended twice by orders dated 4th February 2019 and 8th August 2019. 4th March 2020

The arbitral proceedings are now at the stage of final hearing. 4.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 10th February 2020 until 31st March 2021 to complete the arbitral proceedings.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
