The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties and on 2nd August 2018, this Court appointed an Advocate of this Court to decide these disputes. He entered upon the reference to her arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him. 2.

The Arbitral mandate ended on 1st January 2020 and the arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of recording evidence of claimant's witness.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 1st January 2020 until 31st January 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
