ORDER :

(a) We direct the First and the Second Respondents to decide the Application dated 11th March 2013 as

ash wp(l)-318 expeditiously as possible and in any event, on or before 27th February 2015.

(b) All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open;

(c) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
