Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Second Respondent. Perused the representation dated 3rd October 2013. Though the Petitioner cannot claim another accommodation as a matter of right, considering the difficulty set out in the representation dated 3rd October 2013 and considering the fact that the Petitioner is a woman, the Second Respondent will have to consider the

Subject to what is observed above, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Second Respondent to consider the representation dated 3rd October 2013 and to take appropriate decision thereon within a period of two months from today.
