Considering the fact that the statutory notice in the present petition was served by the Petitioner on the Respondent at an address different from the registered address of the Respondent company, purportedly on the basis of an incorrect address given by the registered office of the Respondent in its own purchase order, the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh petition based on a fresh statutory notice to be issued by the Petitioner to the correct registered address of the Respondent.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
