Ms. Aditi Bhatt, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, has stated that she has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and undertakes to file her Vakalatnama on or before 11th February, 2019. The said 1/3
undertaking is accepted.

This Arbitration Petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act") seeking an extension of time by a period of three months to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award. 4.
By my order dated 21st November, 2018 passed in Arbitration Petition (Lodging) No. 1427 of 2018, I had extended the time to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final Award by a period of two months from 21st November, 2018. I am informed today that the Award has already been passed but an application has been made to the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 33 for certain corrections that are required to be made in the Award.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent has fairly stated that the respondent has no objection if the time is extended by a period of three months from today. 6.
In these circumstances, the time to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award including any 2/3
corrections therein, is extended by a period of three months from today.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
