The interim application is filed by the applicant - Special Land Acquisition Officer seeking a direction to the Prothonotary and Senior Master to accept a sum of Rs. 4,46,081/- pursuant to order passed in LAR/13/2003 on 19 th July, 2006 copy of which is at Exhibit 1. Ms. Chavan submits that an earlier cheque prepared had expired by efflux of time and fresh cheque is said to be tendered to the Prothonotary and Senior Master. In the circumstances interim application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

(i) Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Deposit shall be made on or before 19 th April, 2021.
