Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that the first Respondent Company is facing corporate insolvency proceeding before NCLT, Kolkata. Learned Counsel submits that her clients shall move the Interim Resolution Professional for appropriate reliefs and seeks leave to withdraw the present arbitration petition with liberty to do so. Arbitration petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
