Heard learned Counsel for the parties on this petition as filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the ACA").

After the matter was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the parties are agreeable that this petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 11 January 2019 passed by this Court in a batch of arbitration petitions (Arbitration Petition No.755 of 2017 & others). The respondent has already issued a show cause notice dated 23 January 2018. It is stated that the show cause notice is so far not adjudicated by the respondent and the same would be adjudicated as early as possible. There is no ad-interim order passed in this petition. It is stated that the petitioner is running the petrol pump in question. If
7-arbp 933-18 that be so, then the status-quo as on today be maintained till the adjudication of the show cause notice and for a period of three weeks, in case an adverse order against the petitioner is passed in the adjudication of the said show cause notice from the date of communication of such order.

The petition is accordingly disposed of keeping all contentions of the parties on merits of the matter expressly open. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
