Perjury petition has been filed basically contending therein that certain false statements have been made in the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.4. The Petition is yet to be heard finally. As to whether the avernments made in affidavit which is filed in main Petition amount to perjury or not, can be decided only after the Talwalkar 1/2

31.prjp1.15.sxw petition is decided finally after taking into consideration the rival contentions.

In that view of the matter, we find that the present perjury petition at this stage, is totally premature and as such the same is rejected. The Petitioner would be at liberty to move such an application after adjudication of the main Writ Petition, if otherwise permissible in law.
