This chamber summons is to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the Caveat.

Have heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned therein, the delay is condoned. The chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b).
