This chamber summons is taken out on behalf of defendant nos.2 and 3 to condone delay of about 62 days in filing the written statement. The counsel for the plaintiff has no objection.

In view thereof and in view of the averments contained in the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The counsel confirms having served the writ of summons on both defendant nos.4 and 10. As and by way of last chance, defendant nos.4 and 10 to file their written statements and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff on or before 3rd September 2016, failing which the suit as against defendant nos.4 and 10 to stand transferred to the list of undefended suits. On or before 17th September 2016, parties to file their respective affidavits of documents and also give inspection. On or before 24th September 2016, parties to file and exchange their respective statements of admission and denial with reasons for denial. The suit be listed on 26th September 2016 for issues. (K.R.
