The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff and the constituted attorney and husband of the Proprietor of Defendant No.1 have tendered Consent Terms. Mr. Anand Bhupendra Ganatra, husband of Ms. Shraddha Anand Ganatra, who is present in Court, states that his wife has just delivered a baby 15 days back and she is therefore, unable to remain present in Court. She has therefore, executed the power of attorney in his favour, a copy of which is produced along with the consent terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Plaintiff, the constituted attorney of Defendant No.1 and the Advocate for the Plaintiff. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'
