According to the case of the petitioner, the order of eviction at Exhibit-N has been served upon the petitioner on 20th January 2018 by way of affixing. If that be so, time of one month is available from the said date to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order at Exhibit-N.

In view of availability of remedy of statutory appeal, we decline to entertain this petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal. The impugned order of eviction

oswpl427 shall not be acted upon for a period of two weeks from today to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal. The petition is disposed of.
