Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow me to amend the Company Petition to the extent of substituting the name and the registered address of the Petitioners from Cinemax India Ltd., to PVR Limited and Registered address as 61, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi - 110 057 as per order dated 2212-2014 passed by Hon'ble Justice S.J.Kathawalla; ssp 1/2

Amendment to be carried out on or before 11th February, 2015. A copy of the amended Petition shall be forthwith served on the Advocate for the Respondent. Place the Company Petition for Admission on 23-02-2015. 3.
