The Testamentary Suit Nos.164 of 2014 and 165 of 2014 are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Refund of Court fees, if any, as per rules.

In view of disposal of both the suits, the Notice of Motion Nos.39 of 2016 and and 42 of 2016 are disposed of as infructuous. 4.
